Rosie is passionate about Family Law. She has been involved in Family Law in one way or another since early 2006, having started her career from the ground up as a receptionist in a busy law firm whilst completing her studies at the Queensland University of Technology.

Rosie became a part of the team at Smith & Associates in 2010 when she took on a paralegal role in our busy Brisbane office.

Rosie completed her Bachelor of Laws at the Queensland University of Technology in 2010 and went on to complete her Practical Legal Training at the College of Law in 2011 whilst gaining practical proefssional experience in her paralegal role at Smith & Associates.

Rosie was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in October 2011.

Rosie is experienced in a variety of matters including property settlements, children's issues and domestic violence matters. She has a particular focus on dispute resolution outside of court. She regularly reprsents clients before the Federal Magistrates Court and the Family Court of Australia.
